Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Stokik ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Stokik provides a visual planning workspace for individuals and teams, including canvas planning, task tracking, documents, collaboration, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations such as MCP clients. The Service is provided as-is and is subject to change without notice.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; infringe the rights of others; upload malicious code or content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; or use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Stokik. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Plans, fees, and billing

Stokik offers free and paid plans. The Team plan starts at $49 per workspace per month. Optional usage-based add-on modules start at $10 per month. Enterprise pricing and certain add-ons may be custom scoped based on workspace needs, usage, support, or security requirements.

Self-serve billing may not be available for all plans. Until self-serve billing is available, paid plans, Enterprise plans, add-ons, invoices, and payment arrangements are handled by contacting the Stokik team. Prices may change, and applicable taxes may be added where required.

8. Add-ons, usage limits, and plan enforcement

Add-on modules may include AI Agents, MCP Execution, extra storage, advanced publishing, advanced exports, admin/security features, or other specialised capabilities. Add-ons may be metered, usage-based, limited, or subject to separate activation terms.

We may enforce plan and add-on limits, including storage, spaces, collaborators, version history, exports, AI/MCP usage, and other resource limits. When a limit is reached, the Service may block the specific action until you upgrade, enable an add-on, reduce usage, or contact us.

9. Cancellation, downgrades, and refunds

You may request cancellation or downgrade of a paid plan by contacting us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Stokik.

If a workspace is downgraded, access to paid features, add-ons, storage, version history, exports, collaborators, or other capabilities may be reduced or blocked according to the new plan limits.

10. AI, MCP, and third-party tools

Stokik may provide AI-assisted features and MCP-related workflows. AI-generated content, agent suggestions, and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them.

If you connect third-party AI providers, MCP clients, developer tools, or agents, you are responsible for the configuration, credentials, permissions, prompts, actions, and outputs of those tools. Stokik is not responsible for actions taken outside Stokik by third-party tools or agents you choose to connect.

11. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stokik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
